Estevan Oriol is an incredible photographer. I thought I'd share this 8 minute clip of him. It's really cool to get to see the man behind the photos, and hear him talk about his work. The last two and a half minutes (5:30-7:54) or so in particular really rang true for me. Check it out if you have some time. There's also a link to his site so you can check out some of his work.

On the topic of metal flake... here's a little pic of my Uncle Doug's '55 Matchless twin. My Uncles had a bunch of bikes, and worked on them themselves. They proudly boast the paint they did on this as the first metal flake paint job in Rockhampton.
